..his first birthday. His first birthday was full of sugar, sugar, and more sugar. Although we thought he would dive into his cake with indulgence, he was actually very cautious, and meticulously picked off each tiny frosted balloon and placed in into his mouth. He wasn't quiet sure what to think of all the curious eyes locked in on him as family and friends surrounded him singing "Happy Birthday" 
We had a "Construction Pals"theme so that Collin could start his next year off following his daddy's foot steps!
Collin's happy feet started up with the sound of every blowout going off. In fact, he was more excited about his blowouts than the stash of presents waiting to be opened! Who knew! His night ended early as his sugar rush came to a crash, but all in all, we had a fantastic celebration!
We love you Collin, and wish you another year full of even more hugs, love, giggles, and adventure.
