Your heart changes forever the moment you find out your going to become a mother. Your soul is dedicated to that little being for the rest of your life, at least for most women, myself included. More than anything,I love being a mother, and I love being celebrated.
Some of my top fave moments of mother's day.
Mother's day wasn't just a day at our household, it was an entire weekend. A weekend that began with my favorite cup of Joe and beautiful red tulips delivered by an adorable two year old with the sweetest heart felt greeting of "Happy Mother's Day Mama" followed by a warm hug and a tender kiss.

Mother's Day greetings lingered throughout the weekend. Some of my favorites include, "your hair looks pretty mama, Happy Mother's day" or "your a hot chick mama, Happy Mother's day"
I love that meals were planned and prepared for me, a special thank you to Papa Murphy's.
The weather. You can't beat a beautiful sun filled Seattle day. Mother nature was at her finest.
I love that you can twist the arms of the members of the household to do exactly what it is Mama wants to do, even if it means strapping a 30 pound toddler on your back and hiking up a hill...both ways ...thanks honey bunches.
Being treated to a fabulous pedicure with some girlfriends while the hubby's at home with the kids. A true treat that has only come around twice in this lifetime. oh, and not to forget the two body messages that await me in the form of a gift card to my favorite local spa.
And my most favorite moment, the moment Kaylie was dedicated at the church on Sunday morning.
Your a precious angel little one. Congratulations.
May you live and celebrate the path that was laid before you.
Cherish the beautiful moments and embrace the bumpy ones.
As a side note, sleep prevails again.
This time in the midst of sipping on an ice cold beverage.
