This past weekend we celebrated JD's 2nd birthday, Collin's most favorite little buddy.
JD had a kindermusik birthday and the kids got to sing, dance, bounce, play, tumble and learn all about "The Way We Go." We zoomed like airplanes, bounced on a railroad, crawled through tunnels and had a blast.
And like last year Katy aka "Martha Stewart" out did herself with amazing food and an appropriately themed birthday cake.
And the fun didn't end there!
The big man on campus finally entered the club, you know the one, the "30 something club".
And like the rest of us, sometimes thirty doesn't treat you quite as nice as the youthful twenties do.
For Tyler his hair seems to be escaping from the crown of his head and finding it's way to far less superior places.
(Don't worry honey bunches, I promised I wouldn't tell, but nobody really reads this stuff anyway, so your secret's safe!)
To help Tyler celebrate the BIG 3-0, his friends who love him, myself, and our adorable little kiddos brought him up to the top of Hyak snow park for an afternoon of child like play sledding on the slopes.
What better way to celebrate being that much closer to over the hill than acting like a kid.
And that's just what we did!
Happy, Happy Birthday Tyler, we love you!
