Collin and I got to join some friends this past week for a day full of fun with some of Collin's favorite furry farm critters and of course some toddler friends too. We explored the animal exhibits where he was able to pet some bunnies, a chick, goats, llamas, cows and a miniature horse, just to name a few.
We even witness a women spinning yarn made from her favorite furry friend, her Samoyed rescue dog. She loved her dog so much, that she knit her white fluffy sweater from his fur. WOW!
Collin couldn't get enough hugs from the cuddly white ball of fur, so the nice woman sent his home with his own little patch of Samoyed fur.
Collin had a wonderful day running in circles around the exhibits, discovering the animals familiar to him, listening to the many sounds of the animals and strolling throughout the numerous other shows, venues and taking in the aroma of fair food. He had a great time experiencing his very first fair...and so did mommy!
