Mommy –in-law is requesting a cease in my blogging hiatus and a little info on the new ride, so here’s the skinny. …just for you mama-in –love. ;)
We’ve been stuck in a cloud of emotions, side tracked on a potential move across the pacific, and in the midst of it all intelligently decided that we needed a new ride.
Something with a little more wiggle room. --The dog was getting cramped.
Temporarily momology won out and we decided that a swagger wagon was exactly what this family needed.

So like any rational car buyer, we wheeled and dealed and brought home a beautiful 2010 mini van

After 9 hours of mini van bliss I realized that the swagger wagon absolutely was not for me, no offence to my minivan riding Posse's.
I dropped to my knees begging the good lord for a little assistance with the dilemma on hand and with a sweet little voice made as many phone calls as possible to talk with Mr. Honda America himself asking for a refund. Yes, a refund.
After a little persuasion, a promised pizza delivery for all the fine folks at Honda, and a lot of luck, Mr. Honda America turned his head the other way at his “no cooling off” clause and he generously took back his minivan.
Thank you Mr. Honda America, thank you, thank you.
In place of the swagger wagon, we acquired a senior citizens pass and purchased a Buick. That’s right, a Buick.
My grandfather is smiling in heaven.
Senior citizen pass aside, we LOVE our new enclave. It’s beautiful, roomy, glides over the streets in silence and my favorite …seat warmers…ahh where else besides Seattle do seat warmers come in handy in the dead of summer? …perhaps a move across the pacific wouldn’t be so bad :)
